DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer flat rate shipping at $4.95 for most orders shipped to the 48 states. Packages may ship with any ground or air service available from UPS, USPS or FedEx solely at our discretion. Please allow 2-5 business days to process orders, longer for made to order items. Please allow up to 7 business days for arrival from the date of shipping.
We process orders Monday through Friday until 3:00pm EST. Please note Francine will ensure that orders are dispatched by UPS on time, but any unanticipated delays and unmet delivery deadlines are the responsibility of the third-party carrier (ie: UPS). We cannot guarantee delivery and do not issue refunds for unmet shipping deadlines that have been delayed by any third-party carrier.
You will receive a confirmation & tracking number via email. Please note that carrier provided shipping estimates do not include order processing time.
Please take care when entering your delivery address before placing an order, as we cannot be held responsible for any delays or undelivered parcels due to mistakes made on the provided address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders can take time to arrive due to waits at customs clearance; however, if this exceeds 20 working days, then please do get in touch.
Any duties or taxes charged at customs when sending overseas are the responsibility of the buyer.
DAMAGES
If you are unhappy with anything, or if a parcel was damaged, then please do get in contact. Any damage is to be reported within 24hrs of delivery, and photographic evidence and proof is required before any action or refund is to take place.
All packaging must remain intact and be well documented in order to claim insurance. Please email damage claims to hello@francine.nyc with detailed photos of the shipping box, packaging, and damages.
RETURNS
Returns on ready-to-ship items are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns are only accepted on orders that were placed directly through our online shop. Returns on made-to-order items are not possible, other than in the event of damaged or defective items.
Returns must be sent with recorded postage and wrapped very well, using the original wrapping and box. If items are not in their original condition, or have any imperfections, then they are no longer saleable and a refund will not be possible. We recommend sending your parcel via an insured service in case any damage is caused on its return journey. Email us here with your name and order number to process a return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@francine.nyc.

AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
Francine (“Francine,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells artisan home goods, handmade products, and made-to-order pieces. All purchases and interactions with the Services are governed by these Terms.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders due to pricing errors or billing problems.
5. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

delays caused by carriers or customs
lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier
incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Promotional pricing applies only during the promotional period and cannot be retroactively applied.

If you submit or tag us in photos, reviews, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Francine a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, publish, display, modify, and distribute that content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.

We may request removal or decline use of User Content at our discretion.
8.5 No License Granted
